.....-- to the service lady who answered my call Wednesday afternoon August 2, and assured me she would send a repairman that very day to get my air conditioner working;
.....-- and to Bob, the repairman, who came and got it going again, with his skill .
It was the hottest dayof the year, and I had company coming! I am very greateful for the prompt service, and the courtesy I was shown.

Dear Mr. Wise,
This note is to commend you and your crew of young men who worked in our home in Secretary on June 11, 12 and 13 installing new heating and cooling units. I've seldom had the pleasure of having such pleasant, considerate and really charming people around me, both the "inside" and the "outside" crews.
There was lots of fun and laughter among them as they worked, and they really seemed to cooperate and work well together. It was a pleasure to my husband and me to have them around! This kind of experience is so unusual today that I had to let you know how impressed we were with them and the fine job your company did from beginning to end. Thank you!

Dear Mr. Wise,
I wanted to write a short letter thanking you for the wonderdul service we received from your company. Purchasing an older farm house, we've had quite a bit of work done. By far, your company was the most courteous as well as knowledgable of all! Brian was super to work with and he really knows what he's doing!! Not only did he install the baseboards, he had to move all the "stuff" to get to the walls. According to my husband, I have a LOT of stuff! He never left the job until he was at a certain point, sometimes staying until after 6:00 pm or later.
Please know that we will not hesitate to recommend your company to any of our friends, your ears are probably burning from all of the bragging we've done already!

Dear Bob,
We are writing to express our appreciation for your prompt attention to a problem we encountered upon the abrupt failure of our existing air conditioning sytstem. We were faced with this dilemma during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Your quick, knowledgable response and solution to our problem was above our expectations.
Brian and his crew of two installed our new air conditioning system in extreme heat and did so in a very profesisonal and timely manner. Two weeks ago they returned to complete the installation if duct work and dampers for our sunroom. While we have not had the hot weather since the installation, the sunroom appears to be cooling very well.
Bob, thanks you for your counsel and the system you recommended. We feel it is the best one for us. Please pass on to Brian and his crew our thanks for a job well done.
